Ultralite is the evolution of winter footwear, where comfort meets agility without compromising style or protection. With highly breathable, waterproof upper materials and a body-heat mouldable, removable liner with B-Tek Lite insulation, this series guarantees weather protection in temperatures ranging very low.
Weighing only 2 lbs per boot, these sit upon a Superlite shell which features a snowshoe ledge. Finally, our proprietary AirGrip starts in the midsole and is moulded through the outsole, then rounded out with Polar Rubber contact points for additional slip resistant grip on snow and ice.

Chaussures très chaudes, étanches et confortables, look sympa, assez légères et d'aspect solides. Notez que je n'ai pas testé en rando mais j'ai une bonne expérience et elles donnent confiance. On a plaisir à les mettre, c'est déjà bien. Les tests sur le terrain, trouvés sur le net, assurent que c'est un bon produit. Attention prenez une taille au dessus, voire 2 si vous comptez mettre des chaussettes un peu épaisses. (pas conseillé). Je fais du 40 j'ai commandé du 41, hélas on m'a livré du 40.5, et mes orteils touchent parfois le bout, Ces chaussures ont un chausson intérieur enveloppant qui serre le pied et l'isole du froid (-50°C, enfin qu'ils disent...). Le lacet élastique est long et traine un peu si on ne le range pas mais c'est du détail. A priori, mais sans avoir testé en réel, je recommanderais ces pompes pour la rondo en montagne en conditions difficiles (froid, neige, vent). J’oubliais supportent les raquettes.
