Poutine sauce, a key element of Canada's unofficial national dish, poutine, is a distinctive brown gravy.

Poutine sauce has a salty and savory taste, with a slight sweetness from the onions and brown sugar. It has a smooth and velvety texture that perfectly coats the fries and cheese curds of the poutine.

Preparation:

  • Pour two tablespoons (15g) of poutine mix into a cup of cold water (250ml).
  • Bring to a boil while whisking to avoid lumps.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Microwave instructions:

  • Pour two tablespoons (15g) of poutine mix into a cup of cold water (250ml).
  • Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring at the end of each minute.

Le sachet est pour 4 à 6 personnes. Mais vous avez raison, cela pourrait être indiqué de manière plus explicite sur l'emballage et nous allons faire remonter l'information auprès du fabricant. Nous avons corrigé l'information de notre côté sur notre site Internet.
