Preparation:
- Pour two tablespoons (15g) of poutine mix into a cup of cold water (250ml).
- Bring to a boil while whisking to avoid lumps.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Microwave instructions:
- Pour two tablespoons (15g) of poutine mix into a cup of cold water (250ml).
- Heat on high for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring at the end of each minute.

Pretty hard to get Poutine Sauce and Cheese here and Germany but this did the Trick great Delivery Times and good Prices the Sauce Tasted great and one Packet is Enough for 2 Dinners at Least
